Do you want to report in complete anonymity? Click on NEW REPORT into right box (ANONYMPUS REPORT) and describe your report using the available questionnaire.

Do you want to keep track of the reporting progress? Click on REPORTING PROGRESS and enter the credential provided at the end of the submission step.

Do you want to report disclosing your identity? First step: click on NEW REPORT into left box (REPORTING WITH REGISTRATION)  and enter the required data. The reporting Provider will not use these data! Memorise the login credentials provided at the end of your registration, and remind to activate them by clicking on link sent to you by email. Second step: click on REPORTING PROGRESS and enter your credentials to manage your report.
